Description

Develop and maintain backend applications using the Ruby on Rails framework, owning feature implementation and codebase maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage backend logic using Ruby on Rails.
• Maintain the existing codebase and implement new features.
• Collaborate with team members through clear technical communication.
• Ensure application stability and performance through rigorous code reviews.
• Document technical decisions and system architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (RoR).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• BTech in CS/IT or MCA degree completed.
• Experience with SQL databases and ORM frameworks.
• Understanding of RESTful API design principles.
• Ability to debug and resolve production issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with front-end technologies like JavaScript or React.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment platforms (AWS, GCP).
