Description

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software systems, from architecture and implementation to testing, delivery, and operation.

3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality code focusing on testability, scalability, and observability.
• Own code strategy, architecture, and implementation of large cross-functional features.
• Advise on technical design, propose architectural changes, and drive implementation.
• Review peer code, provide constructive feedback, and participate in pair programming.
• Contribute to technical documentation and participate in the interview process.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Python.
• Strong background in back-end services, data modeling, and API definition.
• Ability to debug issues within distributed systems and asynchronous web services.
• Experience shipping large-scale, cross-functional features.
• Practical knowledge of Selenium and Webdriver.

Preferred Skills

• Modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React, Redux, CSS, NPM, Yarn, Babel, or Webpack.
• Writing unit and integration tests using Jest, RSpec, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO.
• Knowledge of real-time and batch offline data pipelines.
