What you’ll do:- 

* Play a key role in every stage of product development — from ideation to implementation to release.
* Work across the stack, confidently handling both backend and frontend technologies.
* Tackle ambiguity and complexity with clarity and organization.
* Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to deliver delightful customer experiences.
* Rapidly prototype and validate solutions to complex challenges.
* Stay curious and proactive in finding the best solutions.

 What you bring:-

* A deep care for the end user.
* Passion for working closely with product, design, and customer teams.
* Solid Computer Science fundamentals.
* Experience with web frameworks like RoR (our favorite!) or J2EE.
* Strong skills in JavaScript (ReactJS preferred).
* Proficiency with RDBMS (MySQL).
* Clean, maintainable, and reusable code practices.
* Appreciation for TDD, BDD, and CI best practices.
* Great communication and mentoring skills.

Bonus points if you:-

* Have an active GitHub showcasing your work.
* Know when *not* to use Node.js.
* Understand when (and when not) to build a microservice
