Description

Lead full-stack development using Ruby on Rails, managing end-to-end implementation and owning the release pipeline.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Design and implement features using Ruby on Rails or similar MVC frameworks.
• Manage data persistence using MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Develop front-end components using HTML, CSS, and Vue.js.
• Solve complex technical problems with high attention to detail across the stack.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails or MVC frameworks like Django or Spring.
• Proficiency in Ruby or dynamic languages such as JavaScript or Python.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Front-end development skills including HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Vue.js or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Java or Python development.
