Description

You will architect and design large-scale backend systems using Rust. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect large-scale systems using Rust backend technologies.
• Develop APIs using REST or GraphQL and implement async programming.
• Build and manage microservices within an event-driven architecture.
• Integrate cloud-based applications with AWS services like Lambda and API Gateway.
• Manage production handling, error handling, and logging frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Deep understanding of Rust ownership models, borrowing, lifetimes, and concurrency primitives.
• Experience with Actix Web or Axum frameworks for time-critical applications.
• Proficiency in event-driven architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Experience connecting applications to Snowflake.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and build tools.
• Competency in designing cloud-based applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with ReactJS frontend applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web Applications integration and production-level handling.
