Description

You will build secure systems using Rust, focusing on high-integrity code and redesigning unsafe codebases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and redesign of unsafe Rust codebases.
• Implement features adhering to the Client Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL).
• Develop and maintain libraries with multi-language bindings (C, Python, Java, WASM).
• Design and document technical solutions clearly for review.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of systems programming experience in Rust.
• Deep understanding of Rust concepts: ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes.
• Proven experience removing or redesigning unsafe Rust code.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and SDL alignment.
• Experience with XML parsing strategies (DOM vs streaming).
• Proficiency with Python and Java.
• Familiarity with accessibility technologies or MathML.
• Experience working on security-sensitive or reviewed codebases.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with JAWS or similar screen readers.
