Description

You will build and maintain backend services using Rust with a focus on high availability and low latency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Implement serverless solutions within the AWS ecosystem to ensure cost-effective software.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, whiteboard discussions, and pair-programming.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to drive team best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Rust developer.
• Strong expertise in AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, and Event Bridges.
• Proficiency with serverless architecture and RESTful API design.
• Experience with Terraform, GitLab, and Swagger Hub.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and data storage solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ecommerce and Retail Store projects.
• Knowledge of RudderStack, Shipyard, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, Angular, HTML5, or CSS3.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
