Description
You will design and implement backend APIs using Rust, ensuring high performance and low latency. You will build asynchronous systems with Tokio, Axum, and SQLX, while maintaining strong adherence to Rust ownership, borrowing, and lifetimes. Your work will include database persistence via SQL, optimizing system reliability, and conducting rigorous code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend APIs using Rust.
- Develop asynchronous systems leveraging Tokio, Axum, and SQLX.
- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and low latency.
- Work with relational databases for data persistence.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Required Skills
- 9+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience with async Rust frameworks: Tokio, Axum, SQLX.
- Strong understanding of Rust fundamentals (ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, type safety).
- Experience with AWS and Docker for deployment and containerization.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Understanding of async ecosystems such as Tokio or async-std.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of advertising technology concepts (ad serving, bidding, campaign management, analytics).
