Description

You will build and maintain distributed services using Rust, iterating on the existing codebase to fix bugs and improve performance while serving as a core developer for multiple codebases.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain distributed services in Rust.
• Fix bugs and improve performance in the existing codebase.
• Deploy production machine learning systems using TensorFlow.
• Design and develop REST APIs.
• Collaborate with the open-source community and external contributors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience working with Rust.
• Strong programming skills in Rust, Golang, or Java.
• Experience building high-transaction, high-volume distributed systems.
• Proficiency with C/C++ and Python development.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container runtimes.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Experience with public cloud capabilities and services.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with signal processing, machine learning, or data analysis.
