You will build safe, high-performance applications by bridging systems programming with robust validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain thread-safe, memory-safe applications using Rust.
• Enhance and maintain test frameworks using Python (Pytest) and Rust (Rstest).
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and property-based tests.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Debug and profile cross-layer performance issues between Rust components and Python bindings.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in Rust, including ownership, lifetimes, async programming with Tokio, and cargo test/Rstest.
• Strong proficiency in Python 3, with advanced knowledge of Pytest fixtures and mocking.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Understanding of systems programming concepts, concurrency, and memory management.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Linux environments.
