Description

You will build performant, scalable backend services as part of a next-generation platform rewrite.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services in Rust.
• Contribute to a platform rewrite emphasizing performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain APIs and service integrations.
• Work within containerized and cloud-native architectures.
• Improve observability, fault tolerance, and system efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing in Rust (production experience preferred).
• Strong backend engineering background (microservices, distributed systems, APIs).
• Experience working with containerization (Docker).
• Exposure to Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of concurrency, memory safety, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience modernizing legacy systems.
• Event-driven architecture or async processing experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
