Description

You will lead complex SAP implementations focusing on PLM, PPM, PS, and QM modules, owning the full lifecycle from blueprinting to post-go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis by conducting customer workshops to define process requirements and build proofs of concept.
• Execute full lifecycle implementations including system configuration, functional specification preparation, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate custom development, testing, and data migration efforts to ensure seamless deployment.
• Design solutions for New Product Development (NPD), asset management, and IT project scenarios.
• Manage post-go-live support and provide solutions for Product Data Management, Recipe Development, and Product Specification Management.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP implementation experience, including 9 implementations and 2 rollouts.
• Deep expertise in S/4 HANA PLM, PPM, and EHSM solutions.
• Extensive experience with ECC 7.01/7.02/7.03 WebUI and PPM 4.5/5.0/6.1.
• Hands-on knowledge of Quality Management: Audit Management, Quality Notifications, Planning, Inspections, Batch Management, and Serialization.
• Proficiency in SAP Integration Technologies: ABAP Webdynpro, ALE, IDoc, User Exits, and BRF+.
• Proven track record across 7 end-to-end S/4 HANA PLM implementations.
• Domain experience in manufacturing and R&D for new product development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Model Company implementations.
