Description

You will act as the primary consultant for the S/4HANA Service module, managing end-to-end implementations and system tailoring from requirements analysis through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business requirements to tailor S/4HANA system usage to specific objectives.
• Identify and document technical SAP requirements for end users.
• Manage integrations between S/4HANA Service and third-party systems such as Salesforce or ServiceMax.
• Coordinate functional integrations between S/4HANA Service and other SAP modules including SD, MM, and FI/CO.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all S/4HANA Service related matters.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP implementations.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service (formerly S/4 Customer Service).
• Proven experience with multiple end-to-end S/4HANA Service implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, and FI/CO modules.
• Experience integrating S/4HANA with external customer service platforms.
• Ability to travel to Charlotte, North Carolina, 4 days per week.
