Description

You will lead S/4HANA implementations for complex global organizations from initial design through to final deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage large work efforts and meet challenging deadlines within complex program teams.
• Drive solutions by challenging the status quo and facilitating different perspectives across Business and IT areas.
• Execute pharmaceutical supply chain business activities to achieve required business outcomes.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure project goals are met in ambiguous or high-pressure environments.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations from design to deployment.
• Deep knowledge of SAP technologies and functionalities.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP FICO, and SAP ERP.
• Experience managing pharmaceutical supply chain business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across both Business and IT functions.
• Ability to manage large-scale work efforts and meet strict deadlines.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA certification in Sourcing and Procurement or Business Network Collaboration.
• Track record of delivering SAP configuration designs for supply chain modules.
• Knowledge of Coupa P2P & AP, Workday, Concur, IQVIA, or Cybergrant.
• Experience working in hybrid environments with global, distributed teams.
