Description

Act as the functional expert bridging business processes and SAP technical implementation. Own the configuration of SAP ECC FICO systems and the transition to S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Develop user stories and requirements within an agile environment across global regions.
• Manage stakeholder communication, backlog prioritization, and grooming sessions.
• Configure SAP ECC FICO systems to meet specific business needs.
• Write functional specifications, unit testing documentation, and UAT test scripts.

Required Skills

• Minimum five years of experience in a Functional Analyst or Configurator role.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC configuration.
• Subject matter expertise in Finance & Accounting business processes.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC FICO system configuration.
• Experience working in agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to write clear functional specifications and test scripts.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to influence strategic vision through technical product knowledge.
