Description

You will act as a functional lead for SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments, bridging business processes with technical architecture. You own the translation of business needs into technical specifications and ensure successful system configuration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop user stories and functional requirements within an agile framework.
• Collaborate with global regions and backend systems to align business processes with technical architecture.
• Manage stakeholder communication, backlog prioritization, and grooming.
• Execute system configuration, write functional specifications, and create unit and UAT test scripts.
• Influence strategic vision through deep domain expertise in Finance and Accounting.

Required Skills

• Minimum five years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Configurator.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Subject matter expertise in SAP ECC FICO.
• Proven experience with Finance and Accounting business processes.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Ability to write detailed functional specifications.
• Experience conducting unit testing and UAT.

• Degree in any field.
