Description

You will lead functional design and implementation for Maximo Application Suite environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement discovery workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
• Configure and implement Maximo Manage, Monitor, Health, and Predictive Maintenance.
• Lead Maximo Health and Mobile implementations to ensure seamless functionality.
• Coordinate end-to-end system integrations with SAP, Tririga, BIM, CAD, GIS, IoT, and other enterprise applications.
• Manage User Acceptance Testing and develop training programs for Super Users and End Users.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of IBM Maximo functional experience, specializing in MAS 8.x/9.x.
• Experience completing 3-4 full-cycle IBM Maximo implementations.
• Expertise in Maximo Manage, Monitor, Health, and Predictive Maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based implementations using AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Knowledge of Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Maximo licensing, subscription management, and IBM Cloud Pak for Data.
• Proficiency with reporting tools including BIRT, Cognos, and Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• IBM Certified Functional Analyst or Deployment Professional for MAS 9.
• ITIL Certification for Service Management.
• Agile/Scrum Master Certification.
