Description

You will provide technical and functional expertise for SAP S/4HANA Service Management, owning the configuration, billing, and extension processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage quote creation, renewals, and custom or variant pricing calculations.
• Execute service contract creation and manage changes to determine follow-on actions.
• Handle periodic billing, pricing, billing plans, and Billing Document Requests (BDR).
• Configure functional locations and equipment creations.
• Implement custom extensions, enhancements, and Fiori applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Service Management.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Service Quotes and Service Contracts.
• Proficiency in AVC and SD Billing.
• Experience with Quote creation and Quote Renewals.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori.
• Competency in IT Service Management.
• Technical knowledge of custom extensions and enhancements.

• Any Graduate degree.
