Description

You will lead the design, development, and troubleshooting of SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations focusing on networking, data interoperability, security, and operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity including AWS, Azure, HL7 messaging, FHIR, Cloverleaf, VPNs, and IP whitelisting.
• Perform cloud product installations and configurations for both cloud-based and on-premises environments.
• Review customer IT infrastructure and project plans to ensure alignment with installation requirements.
• Maintain customer cloud-supported product environments and respond to technical incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT, Cloud, and Networking.
• Experience configuring connectivity for AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of HL7 messaging, FHIR, and Cloverleaf.
• Proficiency with networking technologies, security settings, and VPNs.
• Experience working with cloud-based and on-premises environments, including operating systems and databases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with flowchart and diagramming software.
