Description

Manage the organization's SaaS application footprint and optimize license utilization through end-to-end licensing governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the intake process for adding, reducing, swapping, or transferring software licenses.
• Reclaim licenses from departing users to ensure availability for reuse.
• Analyze usage data to provide recommendations for rightsizing the application footprint and optimizing TCO.
• Produce reports on discovery trends and provide data to Finance for organizational chargebacks.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, system owners, TAM, VMO, Purchasing, and Finance on licensing processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT asset management.
• Experience managing SaaS application footprints and license types.
• Ability to translate user discussion data into actionable management reports.
• Analytical thinking to evaluate technology asset value based on usage and TCO.
• Experience working with TAM and VMO teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise licensing governance and compliance procedures.
