You will own the development, administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
Support core processes including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics.
Design and implement solutions through requirements gathering, configuration, integration, and testing.
Partner with users to create and modify process workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
Develop technical and process documentation while driving continual platform improvement.
Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow.
Proficiency with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
Experience integrating with MS 365 Services.
Familiarity with .Net development environments.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
