Description

You will own the development, administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support core processes including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics.
• Design and implement solutions through requirements gathering, configuration, integration, and testing.
• Partner with users to create and modify process workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Develop technical and process documentation while driving continual platform improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and administering ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
• Experience integrating with MS 365 Services.
• Familiarity with .Net development environments.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
