Description

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple SaaS projects across the USA (remote). This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budget constraints are met.
• Plan tasks, deliverables, and quality control measures for all project phases.
• Draft essential documentation including project plans, change orders, and closing reports.
• Track activities against detailed plans to identify and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate project teams and external stakeholders, acting as the primary liaison for customers and third-party PMs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing SaaS projects.
• Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead functional and technical working groups.
