You will develop custom connections to SaaS platforms to enhance security posture through automated data gathering and analysis.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom connections to SaaS platforms using Python and the Obsidian SDK to automate data extraction.
• Implement secure and efficient data collection processes via REST APIs, GraphQL, and OAuth authentication.
• Analyze gathered data to identify security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps against benchmarks.
• Create dashboards, reports, and automated notifications to alert system owners of compliance deviations.
• Integrate monitoring and alerting mechanisms with existing ticketing workflows in Jira and ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or data integration.
• Proficiency in Python for API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Experience implementing OAuth authentication protocols.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices for maintaining code quality.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Ability to map configuration data to security requirements and compliance profiles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with SaaS platforms such as Salesforce.
• Background in using statistical methods or machine learning for data analysis.
