Description

You will act as an extension of the Physical Security Technology Team to build, deploy, and maintain SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the logical design and deployment of non-production and production environments for the Building Risk Assessment Tool.
• Partner with SaaS vendors and internal technical teams to implement application integrations, including Azure Single Sign-On.
• Lead technical and security testing, covering penetration, functional, smoke, regression, and performance testing.
• Develop operational and disaster recovery runbooks, including testing timelines and scenarios.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and work products based on business requirements.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in SaaS application delivery and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Practical knowledge of ITIL concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with organizational and technology change management.
• Proficiency in technical and security testing workflows.
• Ability to produce status reports, training plans, and maintenance runbooks.
• Experience managing end-to-end application delivery.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V4 or PMP certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
