Description

You will own the design and usability of our SaaS platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Enhance platform UI consistency and usability using the existing component library.
• Improve process flows, interaction design, and information architecture across the platform.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with functional annotations.
• Conduct user research and document journey maps, personas, and UX artifacts.
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement and continuous UX enhancement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience as a SaaS UX Designer or Interaction Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and FigJam for developing UX deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
• Experience demonstrating end-to-end design execution in a portfolio.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in a cross-functional collaboration setting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing web and mobile experiences for B2B and B2C products.
• Familiarity with Azure, Confluence, and Agile development environments.
