Description

You will implement and manage Saba Cloud (SBX) solutions for technical and non-technical customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Saba Cloud (SBX) from scratch or manage migrations from Saba Enterprise to SBX.
• Utilize SBX APIs and microservices to support system functionality.
• Review and enhance processes to improve service delivery and support quality.
• Communicate technical requirements and updates effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Saba Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Saba Cloud version (SBX).
• Proven experience with Saba Enterprise to SBX migrations.
• Experience working with microservices and SBX APIs.
• Proficiency in API development.
• Experience with private clouds.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing complex cloud migrations.
• Background in enterprise software implementation.
