Manage the technical configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Saba platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical requirements to ensure system alignment with business objectives.
• Design and implement system integrations and customizations within the Saba platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform stability.
• Monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks and implement necessary optimizations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for workflows, configurations, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Systems Analyst focusing on the Saba platform.
• Proficiency in Saba platform configuration and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and system interfaces.
• Strong background in system analysis, design, and implementation.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues within HR technology or e-learning environments.
• Knowledge of talent management systems and e-learning workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
