Description

You will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams as a Business Analyst within a SAFe agile framework.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Technical Product Owner.
• Communicate requirements and progress to Technical Product Owners, Development, and QA teams.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions.
• Gather and analyze requirements to produce user stories and clear acceptance criteria.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven experience working within the SAFe agile framework.
• Experience conducting Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Proficiency in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using ADO, Jira, Miro, or Power BI.
