Description

You will design and execute the SAFe implementation strategy across portfolios, driving top-down agile transformation and leadership coaching.

Responsibilities

• Envision and execute the SAFe implementation strategy by piloting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Solution Trains.
• Conduct executive-level workshops for business and technology leaders to drive agile transformation.
• Develop roadmaps for Lean Portfolio Management aligned with strategic themes.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping workshops to define roles within ARTs and Solution Trains.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in agile transformation environments.
• Deep expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
• Proven ability to design and implement scaling programs.
• Experience conducting PI Planning and managing Agile Release Trains.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks.
• Ability to coach Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Expertise in Scrum Master mentorship and team facilitation.
• Experience with Value Stream Mapping and design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
