Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead the design and implementation of a SAFe-based operating model
✅ Define and establish Agile Release Trains (ARTs), team structures, and Agile roles
✅ Organize cross-functional teams aligned to business value streams
✅ Facilitate PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums
✅ Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Engineering Teams, and Leadership on Agile best practices
✅ Improve backlog management, prioritization, and value delivery with Product Management teams
✅ Conduct Agile and SAFe training workshops across the organization
✅ Measure Agile maturity using KPIs, velocity, flow, predictability, and quality metrics
✅ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to remove delivery bottlenecks
✅ Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning
🔹 Required Experience
✔️ SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Certification – Mandatory
✔️ Proven experience leading SAFe Agile Transformations
✔️ Strong expertise in Agile Coaching at both team and program levels
✔️ Experience facilitating large-scale PI Planning events
✔️ Experience working with geographically distributed teams
✔️ Strong understanding of change management and organizational transformation
