Key Responsibilities Enterprise & Leadership Coaching
• Coach executives and leaders on Lean-Agile principles, systems thinking, and organizational agility.
• Guide leadership teams in defining transformation goals, success metrics, and adoption roadmaps.
• Facilitate strategic discussions that remove organizational impediments and improve decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive cultural and behavioral change.
Agile Release Train (ART) Coaching • Support Agile Release Train Execution and maturity.
• Facilitate and coach PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events.
• Improve dependency management, flow, predictability, and alignment across teams.
• Help ARTs establish effective planning and execution practices.
Team Coaching & Capability Development
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, and Agile teams.
• Improve facilitation, backlog management, iteration execution, and team dynamics.
• Establish Communities of Practice and coaching programs that build long-term organizational capability.
• Promote high-performing, self-managing teams.
Product & Value Delivery
• Work closely with Product Management and Product Owners to align strategy with execution.
• Improve backlog quality, prioritization, customer focus, and outcome-driven planning.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, product, and technology teams.
• Encourage value-stream thinking and measurable business outcomes.
Technical Agility & Continuous Improvement
• Partner with engineering teams to improve DevOps, automation, built-in quality, and continuous delivery practices.
• Support continuous improvement through metrics, retrospectives, and value-stream optimization.
• Drive data-informed decisions while promoting a culture of experimentation and learning.
" Skills Required : "
• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, coaching, program leadership, or transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Experience coaching leaders, Agile teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Release Train Engineers.
• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of Agile metrics, flow optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting large-scale Agile transformations in complex enterprise environments.
Preferred
• SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification preferred.
• SAFe Agile Coach, SAFe RTE, SAFe POPM, or additional Agile certifications.
• Experience leading Agile transformations within Financial Services, Asset Management, Banking, or Technology organizations.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Quality Engineering, and Product Operating Models.
• Professional coaching certifications are a plus
