Description

You will drive agile transformation and optimize delivery across the organization using the Scaled Agile Framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Release Trains (ART) and perform Release Train Engineer (RTE) duties to maximize product delivery.
• Facilitate PI Planning sessions and support the implementation of Scrum ceremonies.
• Assess organizational maturity levels and coach teams to improve agile practices and mindset.
• Identify impediments, organize coaching sessions, and act as a change agent to improve product increments.
• Establish an Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) and engage leadership to drive enterprise-wide adoption.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working specifically as a SAFe Agile Coach.
• SAFe Agile Certification.
• Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead PI Planning and manage distributed agile environments.
• Strong configuration knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience coaching Product Owners, Development Teams, and Stakeholders.
• Understanding of TDD, BDD, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to train team members on roles, responsibilities, and agile methodologies.
