Description

You will lead Agile Scrum teams as an Agile Release Train (ART) lead to design, develop, and deploy cloud-oriented automation and orchestration architectures for cybersecurity capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile events including PI Planning, Release Governance, Stand-Ups, and Sprint Planning.
• Manage program artifacts such as backlogs, decisions, and blockers while eliminating impediments to meet Program Increment objectives.
• Design, test, and implement advanced cybersecurity infrastructure and autonomous cloud-oriented capabilities.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders to decompose requirements, use cases, and stories into technical specifications.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of requirements-driven automation architecture and develop risk mitigation countermeasures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in a technology-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, orchestration, event-driven micro-service architectures, or autonomous API-driven backends.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, MS Azure, or GCP.
• Practical experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean-Agile principles, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and DHS Suitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
