Description

Drive delivery of enterprise data and analytics platforms within an Agile Release Train.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the team backlog to align with business priorities and value delivery.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate refinement, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies within the ART.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, and engineering for platform-wide alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile settings.
• 3+ years of experience working within a SAFe environment.
• SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, analytics, or data governance.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe principles.
• Experience managing work and measuring progress via Jira Align or AgilityHealth.
