Description

You will lead product backlog management and feature delivery within a SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and user value.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to define the product roadmap.
• Participate in PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies to ensure alignment with train-level objectives.
• Use metrics and feedback to validate product performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification or 3+ years in a SAFe environment.
• Experience managing requirements and delivery transparency using Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with FigJam for collaborative planning.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and digital channel delivery.
• Ability to use data-driven decision making to inform prioritization.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
