You own the product vision and execution within a scaled agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximizing value.
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with customer needs.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, feedback, and feasibility.
• Translate business needs into defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Champion and implement the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Required Skills

• Minimum five years of experience as an agile product owner.
• Three years of experience in a scaled agile environment within a large organization.
• Proficiency with Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Product Management and Product Owners experience.
