Description

You will own the direction and delivery of a product within a scaled agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximum value delivery.
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with customer needs.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria with product management.
• Champion and implement principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Required Skills

• Minimum five years of experience as an agile product owner.
• At least three years experience in a Scaled Agile environment within a large organization.
• Proficiency with Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze key success metrics.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformations.
