Description

You will own the product vision, delivery roadmap, and backlog as the primary point of contact for product delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximizing value delivery.
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria through collaboration.
• Champion and implement the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Required Skills

• Minimum of five years experience as an agile product owner.
• At least three years experience in a Scaled Agile environment within a large organization.
• Proficiency with Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification.
• Strong understanding and implementation of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related work experience.
