Description

You will manage product delivery within a cross-functional Agile Release Train focused on digital channels for transportation customers and employees.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI Design, Architecture, and engineering teams to shape product vision and refine backlogs.
• Work with other Product Owners to ensure cohesive feature delivery across digital touchpoints.
• Participate in PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies to align with team and train-level objectives.
• Use metrics and feedback to validate product performance and inform prioritization.
• Champion SAFe principles and Agile best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
• SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification or 3+ years of experience in a SAFe environment.
• Experience with customer-facing digital products.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using FigJam, Jira Align, and Agility Health.
• Understanding of UX/UI Design workflows.
• Ability to work within an Agile Release Train.
