Description

You will lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) processes and execution to ensure value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning events to align priorities and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners on SAFe principles and ceremonies.
• Identify and manage dependencies between teams, programs, and external stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Remove impediments and obstacles hindering team progress as a servant leader.
• Facilitate ART events, including Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops and System Demos.
• Monitor ART progress and key metrics to report delivery performance to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile software development.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Agile initiatives and ART execution.
• Expertise in facilitating PI Planning and Agile ceremonies.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, SAFe framework, and Lean-Agile practices.
• Experience coaching Agile teams and driving organizational Agile transformation.
• SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile certification (e.g., CSM, CSPO).
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and align teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
