Description

Lead Salesforce application development projects and build the agency's Agile SAFe practice.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to align management, business, and IT resources for medium to large-scale Salesforce portfolio projects.
• Train and coach agency staff on Agile and Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe) practices.
• Facilitate scrum of scrums across multiple teams working within the same Salesforce organization.
• Identify at-risk portfolio activities and recommend mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Report program management metrics and project status to key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Program Management experience.
• 4+ years of Project Management experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Agile and SAFe methodology.
• 4+ years of experience with customer relationship management processes and systems.
• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Analyst, Admin, or Developer.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Agile Scrum.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Copado experience.
