Description

Lead agile teams through the development lifecycle, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, design, and retrospective meetings to drive agile process workflow.
• Identify root causes of roadblocks, manage risks, and drive mitigation solutions with stakeholders.
• Foster cross-team communication, resolve conflicts, and align priorities to eliminate dependencies.
• Coach teams on self-accountability and empower them to take ownership of commitments.
• Track iteration progress, report status to business stakeholders, and evaluate process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile development projects.
• Experience working as a Business Analyst prior to Scrum Master roles.
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Reporting and Risk Reporting domains.
• Proficiency in executing Sprint Planning and all associated agile ceremonies.
• Deep knowledge of software development life cycle models, specifically Agile.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams with strong verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Finance Regulatory Reporting.
• Proven track record of applying critical thinking to analyze problems and develop solutions.
