Description

Coordinate an agile development team using Scrum Framework principles to deliver work within time-boxed iterations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through sprint cycles and facilitate daily stand-up meetings to track progress.
• Interpret and determine appropriate courses of action for varied work assignments with minimal direction.
• Align team activities with department, segment, and organizational operating objectives.
• Apply independent decision-making to manage work methods, even in ambiguous situations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or with Agile methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of the SDLC.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban development.
• Experience working within multi-team environments.
• Ability to use Agile Project Management tools.
• Strong leadership competencies and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• Background in insurance operations or the health solutions industry.
• Experience planning and managing large projects and working with IT teams.
