Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in multi-team settings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management competencies.
• High emotional intelligence.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification and advanced knowledge of Kanban.
• Working knowledge of Agile Project Management tools.
• Experience in insurance operations or health solutions industries.
