Description

You will lead up to three teams within a scaled agile program focused on on-premises and cloud-based Java application development, testing, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adopt SAFe best practices, including ceremonies, sprint metrics, and team coaching.
• Partner with peer Scrum Masters, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure program alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to maintain a healthy product backlog.
• Manage day-to-day Scrum activities, identify impediments, and resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate dependencies between internal and external teams to ensure work completion.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience with the Scrum Framework and Agile Principles.
• Proven experience leading multiple teams within a scaled agile environment.
• Strong conflict resolution, motivation, and empowerment skills.
• Analytical skills for tracking and improving team performance.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Experience working alongside Java application development and deployment teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Lean Agile Principles and PI Planning.
• SAFe or Scrum Master certification.
