Description

You will lead a team through SAFe implementation, facilitating iteration events and PI Planning to ensure alignment with the Agile Release Train’s cadence. Your focus is on removing impediments, optimizing flow via Kanban and OKR metrics, and coaching stakeholders on Lean-Agile principles beyond standard Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all iteration events (Planning, Sync, Review, Retrospective) and guide the team toward self-organization.
• Lead PI Planning preparation and execution, ensuring synchronization with the ART.
• Manage Kanban boards to visualize work, identify bottlenecks, and measure flow using OKR metrics.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on diverse methodologies including Kanban, Flow, Built-in Quality, and BDD.
• Partner with Product Owners to maximize solution value and coordinate integrated learning cycles.

Required Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in large, complex enterprise settings.
• Active SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master (SSM) certification is strictly required.
• Expert proficiency in Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, and AgilityInsights.
• Strong ability to persuade and influence diverse stakeholders without relying on authority.
• Experience fostering psychological safety, transparency, and Communities of Practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced certifications such as SAFe SASM, SPC 6.0, or RTE.
• ICAgile certification.
