Description

You will serve as a servant leader and facilitator for an Agile Team, driving value delivery within the SAFe framework.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams through self-organization, self-management, and iteration events to increase effectiveness.
• Remove impediments and foster a high-performance environment to drive continuous improvement and flow.
• Coordinate and participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events to support organizational SAFe implementation.
• Manage Scrum artifacts, including user story refinement and backlog management.
• Educate teams on Agile methods including Kanban, SAFe, and Built-in Quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master or coaching roles.
• Expertise in SAFe framework and Scrum techniques.
• Proficiency with Jira Software and Confluence.
• Experience using Jira Align, FigJam, and AgilityHealth.
• Knowledge of Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with SAFe Studio.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as SAFe SASM 6.0, SAFe SPC 6.0, SAFe SA 6.0, SAFe RTE 6.0, CSM, or ICAgile.
