Guide teams toward higher maturity and self-organization within an Agile Release Train.

Responsibilities

• Apply Scrum techniques for user story and backlog refinement, and PI Planning.
• Facilitate all Iteration events, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage dependencies and support continuous learning within the ART cadence.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to maximize solution value.
• Establish and manage the team's Kanban board to improve workflow.

Required Skills

• SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification (Mandatory).
• 5+ years experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in a large enterprise.
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, FigJam, and Jira Align.
• Experience coaching Built-in Quality practices and team dynamics.
• Proficiency in Kanban and flow optimization metrics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe SASM 6.0, SAFe SPC 6.0, SAFe SA 6.0, SAFe RTE 6.0, or CSM.
• SAFe Studio or ICAgile certifications.
