Description

Drive a zero-incident safety culture across warehouse and assembly operations in Hazleton, PA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OSHA logs and regulatory documentation to ensure full compliance.
• Conduct safety presentations and training to enforce consistent safe behaviors.
• Lead safety audits and coordinate the onsite emergency response team and Safety Committee.
• Identify and correct workplace hazards immediately to maintain a functional environment.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a safety specialist or manager in a warehouse operating environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or a related technical field.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Ability to manage damage reporting and preventative action planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Professional communication skills for interacting with all organizational levels, customers, and carriers.
• Ability to walk warehouse floors and assembly operations to maintain a physical safety presence.
• Willingness to travel between Bethel, PA and Hazleton, PA, and provide virtual support to Groveland, FL.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual in English and Korean.
